Del Alma Pomace olive oil contains oils derivated from the processing of the product obtained after the olive oil extraction directly from olives. The product is obtained from a blend between refined olive pomace oil and extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to its neutral taste, this oil is suitable as dressing on foods whose taste is preferred not to be altered. Del Alma Pomace olive oil is rich in oleic acid, thus, it can resist very high temperatures and has a high evaporation point. This characteristic makes it a great product for frying every kind of dishes. This oil is suitable as an ingredient in bakery products (cakes, bread etc.).
